We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Here’s what you need to know about getting your gear:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear just like we stand by our riding brothers and sisters. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund or exchange.
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bike Chemicals & Lubes (opened containers)
- EZ Bandz Headbands, Hair Tubes, and Ladies Hair Accessories
- Marie’s Famous Headbands
- Biker Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Any items not in original condition with tags attached
The Return Process – Straightforward as a Clean Highway
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
- Subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) to return with quantities
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Confirmation that items are in original condition with tags
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your request:
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method
- Exchanges: Replacement shipped immediately
Refund Timeline – When You’ll See Your Money Back
We process refunds quickly because we know you’ve got gear to buy and roads to ride:
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Exchanges – Get the Right Gear for Your Ride
Need a different size in Mens Riding Jackets or want to swap Bike Lighting Accessories? We make it easy:
- Same process as returns – indicate “Exchange” in your request
- We’ll ship your replacement immediately after processing your return
- Price differences will be refunded or invoiced as needed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items (faulty Bike Engine parts, damaged Biker Apparel, etc.), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and send replacements right away – no questions asked.
