Our Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to have gear that makes every ride better.

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Bike Chemicals & Lubes (opened containers)
  • EZ Bandz Headbands, Hair Tubes, and Ladies Hair Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Marie’s Famous Headbands (for hygiene reasons)
  • Biker Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Any items that are not in original condition with tags attached

The Return Process – Straightforward as a Clean Highway

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include the following information:

Subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number] Hello Riders Team, I’d like to request a return/exchange for my recent order. Order Number: [Your Order Number] Name: [Your Full Name] Item(s) to Return: [Product Name(s) and Quantity] Reason for Return: [Size Issue, Defective, Wrong Item, etc.] Preferred Resolution: [Refund / Exchange for (specific product)] I confirm that the item(s) are in original condition with all tags attached. Thank you, [Your Name]

Step 2: Wait for Our Response

We’ll email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without this authorization number – it helps us process your return quickly.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your request:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item immediately

Refund Timeline – When You’ll See Your Money Back

We process refunds quickly because we know you’ve got gear to buy and roads to ride:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges – Get the Right Gear for Your Ride

Need a different size in Mens Riding Jackets or want to swap Bike Lighting Accessories for something else? We make exchanges easy:

  • Same process as returns – just indicate “Exchange” in your request
  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like faulty Bike Engine parts or damaged Biker Apparel), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement right away – no questions asked.
